Mad...cycling in this heat

got up and set off for 9am this morning, went on a cycle into town with lydia and martin....wasnt too bad cycling in, however the bikes are old fashioned and in need of some WD40! The traffic was not as bad as i thought, you basically just go for it at a junction and hope you dont get hit! haha. Had a wander around the market, was disgusting....i hate the fish counter at tesco, this was unrealy though...loads of chickens, and the fish were still alive and two of them jamp out infront of me as i was walking along, nearly had a heart attack! we went for some breakfast and then we got back on our bikes and went to another temple, buildings really are lovely. the journey home was a bit scary, traffic extremely busy and again you put your life in danger haha. good fun though! will update later on tonight. x
