Saturday....im behind a day

Had a long lie yesterday....blooming dogs barking all night, wish they would shut up! went into town in morning for a while and wandered about then came back to guesthouse and one of the khmer teachers at new hope came to guest house to make us a pudding. she was supposed to come at 2pm but arrived shortly after 3pm, guess this is good for khmer time. love how laid back they are though. we took her into town in afternoon and wandered around the market and went for a nice milkshake at a wee pub and had some caramel and coconut peanuts, sounds strange but lovely. we also went out in the evening for dinner to a place called anjali or something, was lovely meal but very filling. saw a big marque set up for a wedding in town although walked past several times and saw lots of guests but no sight of bride and groom, apparently the weddings last a good few days and always start at the brides house. was a lovely set up anyway. went for a foot scrub and massage after dinner, was lovely and very cheap. came home and watched the chelsea game on tv, first time ive actually watched the tv since i got here. good day!
